WHAT SIZE URN DO I NEED?
Generally speaking, 1 pound of body weight = 1 cubic inch. Therefore, a 10 pound pet would need an urn that holds atleast 10 cubic inches. A 50 pound pet would need an urn that holds atleast 50 cubic inches. However, most crematories now use state of the art equipment that process ashes so fine that they may fit in a much smaller container. If in doubt, always seek the advice of your crematory or purchase the next largest size. Remember, urns that are engraved can not be returned!
PRICING GUIDELINES
Prices listed are for local delivery or pickup only! Prices do not include engraving unless otherwise stated in the description. We would be happy to insert your pet's ashes into your urn at no additional cost! Missouri residents, please add tax at 5.225%. We do not accept credit cards, but would be happy to accept PayPal payments using the email address alaina@missouripetlosscare.com. We charge $25.00 for returned checks.
SHIPPING
To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not use a "shopping cart" system on our website. However, we are more than happy to ship all over the United States. Please give us a call at 573-579-0706 or send us an email to place your order. We charge $12.00 for shipping. In stock urns will be shipped via the USPS Priority Mail. Special Order Engraved Urns will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. We do not accept credit cards over the phone. Credit card payments may be sent via Pay Pal using the email address alaina@missouripetlosscare.com. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 22, Pocahontas, MO 63779. Please include your drivers license number and phone number on your check. Urns will not be shipped until payment is received. We appologize for this delay. However, our methods help us cut costs which ultimately benifts your pocketbook.
